Mobile Concrete Mixing/Batching Plant
Most versatile efficient plant used globally. It is used in construction of Bridges, Highways, Airports, Canals, Multi-storey & Industrial Buildings and Ready Mix Concrete Plant. It not only produces concrete more quickly but also result in superb quality with no segregation during discharge. It has compact design for easy transportation and has user friendly panel with integral computerized batch controller. It is also cost effective and easy to calibrate. Its salint features include:

FOUR BIN SYSTEM
4 Bin aggregate feeder units with a storage capacity of 2.5M³ each. Feeder bins are mounted on individual loading conveyor.

LOADING CONVEYOR
Aggregates are discharged sequentially according to the predefined sequence of loading into the mixer by the loading conveyors (500mm X 3 Ply) Chevron Belt.

MIXING UNIT
The mixing is carried out in a Pan type-mixing unit .The Mixing is carried out with the help of pedal arms, which ensures homogenous mix.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
The discharge conveyor powered by 7.5 HP motor is 900mm X 3ply, endless belt with a discharge height of 2.3mtrs.

CEMENT HOPPER WITH SCREW CONVEYOR
Cement hopper of storage capacity of 50 bags of Cement is employed along with a screw conveyor powered by a 5HP motor is used for discharging the cement in the mixer.

HIGH PRESSURE JET CLEANER SYSTEM FOR MIXER
